Warhammer 40000 Kill Team Core Book

31.00 $

While armies numbering millions clash on battlefields spread across a thousand worlds, specialised teams of elite operatives are dispatched on dangerous missions to accomplish vital objectives from the shadows. These kill teams, as they are known, are picked from the most capable and independent of their kind, using strange and esoteric skills to achieve what a mighty army could not.

The new edition of Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team has been redesigned from the ground up as the greatest tabletop skirmish experience yet, seeing teams of experienced operatives engage in vicious close-quarters combat as they race to complete their missions. In this book you'll find the complete rules for playing Kill Team as well as a host of missions to embark on, lore covering the grim darkness of the 41st Millennium, and insight on the factions vying for dominance among the shadows.

The Book

This 144-page book is the ultimate companion for kill team commanders, containing all the knowledge you need to collect, build, paint, and play in the world of Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team.

Ten Thousand Years of War

The book opens with a summary of the 41st Millennium’s history, including details on the Imperium’s massive military might and the forces they encounter in their ceaseless wars across the galaxy. It also introduces kill teams, the squads players command in the course of the game, and details their continued deployment across myriad war zones throughout the galaxy.

Core Rules

The first rules section contains the core concepts you need to start fighting battles in Kill Team, including the tools required, phases of play, and operative datasheets.

Killzones

Here you'll find rules and guidance on how terrain interacts with your games, including example board arrangements, as well as rules governing movement around, over, and through your scenery.

Ways to Play

Once you've got the basics squared away, find out all about the three core ways to play the game and the missions you can undertake.

Open Play

A free-form style of play suitable for those new to Kill Team, and a perfect place to practice in a relaxed mission environment. It’s not just for newer players, though, as experienced commanders can use the included mission creation rules to craft thematic and expansive games fit for the most hardened veterans.

Matched Play

As the most mechanically balanced style of play, matched play games are a chance for commanders to pit themselves against their opponents in battles of tactical skill and turn-by-turn decisions. With each kill team using only the core weapons and equipment on their datasheet, players will need to plan ahead to outsmart their foe and claim victory.

Spec Ops Narrative Play

The narrative campaigns detailed in the brand new Spec Ops rules allow you to take your kill team from a band of raw recruits to experienced veterans, earning accolades and special skills along the way. As teams complete objectives and earn rewards – even against opponents not participating in a Spec Ops campaign – decisions made will impact the future of your operatives and turn regular games into a rich narrative experience full of cinematic moments.

Critical Operations Mission Pack

A selection of 9 exciting missions designed to be balanced for matched play games, but equally playable in open play and Spec Ops narrative play games.

Tac Ops

A suite of selectable secondary objectives used across a number of mission types. Tac Ops are hidden from your opponent, so commanders can decide on their strategy ahead of time while watching out for their foe’s actions on the battlefield.

Appendix

The book closes out with a handy reference section packed with special rules and abilities, as well as an overview of the different tokens, counters, and accessories used in games of Kill Team.

Warhammer 40000 Space Wolves Ulrik The Slayer 2020

22.00 $

Wise beyond measure, having fought and survived countless battles in hundreds of worlds, Ulrik the Slayer is legendary. Older than any Space Wolves, barring those trapped within the twilight existence of the Dreadnought, he has become an iconic figure to many of the Chapter’s warriors. He has overseen tremendous crusades that have crushed rebellions, exterminated xenos invasions and launched a thousand armadas, not from a lofty position of command; Ulrik the Slayer fights amongst his brethren, wielding a crozius arcanum that takes the strength of three men to merely lift, let alone swing.

This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components necessary to build Ulrik the Slayer, a single-pose Space Wolves miniature! Wielding his massive crozius arcanum and clutching the Wolf Helm of Russ, he cuts an impressive figure indeed, inspiring the Spaces Wolves around him to ever-greater deeds. His backpack features wolf skull vents and his windswept cloak is covered in engraved designs. Eight components in total, includes a Citadel 32mm Round base.

Warhammer 40000 Tau Empire Kroot Lone-Spear

33.00 $

Kroot Lone-spears are grizzled mercenaries who range far ahead of their kindreds, or solitary wanderers who prefer the wilds and the company of beasts to their fellow Kroot. Mounted upon colour-shifting Kalamandras, they make for effective long-range scouts – and when armed with suitably potent weapons, Lone-spears excel in picking off valuable enemy targets or even eliminating armoured vehicles.

This multipart plastic kit builds a Kroot Lone-spear, a cunning outrider for the Kroot of the T'au Empire. The Lone-spear is mounted atop a tamed Kalamandra, an agile amphibious creature with a vicious bite and the ability to hide in plain sight. They carry a choice of deadly hunting weapons – either a massive Kroot long gun for sniping prey at a distance, or an explosive blast javelin and a quiver of razor-tipped hunting javelins for taking out high-value victims up-close. You'll also find several cosmetic build options – a choice of heads for the Lone-spear, plus heads and poses for their Kalamandra – to further personalise this wandering hunter.

This kit comprises 35 plastic components and a Citadel 90mm x 52mm Oval Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Warhammer 40000 Chaos Space Marines World Eaters Exalted Eightbound

40.00 $

The Eightbound are World Eaters possessed by an octet of Khornate daemons, all warring for dominance – but some amongst their ranks achieve a form of apotheosis, as their mortal soul conquers and merges with the daemonic presences that share its body. Heavily mutated by their long possession, these Exalted Eightbound face no internal competition for control, and so exhibit a purer and more focused rage – one that is directed entirely at their foes.

This multipart plastic kit builds three Exalted Eightbound – monstrously mutated fiends fielded by the World Eaters. These daemonic warriors resemble a foul evolution of Khorne Berzerkers, from their swollen muscles to their warped biomechanical armour. Each of the Exalted Eightbound wields a grinding chainfist fused to their body, with a massive eviscerator chain weapon held in their other hand. You can also build an Eightbound Champion, who can instead be armed with a pair of mutated chainfists, or a two-handed heavy chainglaive.

The kit is loaded with interchangeable and cosmetic components, including optional spikes, different designs for chest plates, shoulder pads, and power packs, and the option to build your Exalted Eightbound with bare torsos. There's enough variety to make each Exalted Eightbound pack unique, and fill your bits box with extras. This kit can alternatively build three Eightbound, a less mutated squad of daemonic World Eaters.

This kit comprises 88 plastic components and is supplied with 3x Citadel 40mm Round Bases. Also included is a World Eaters Transfer Sheet, with 200 transfers featuring Khornate symbols, runic tattoos, eight-pointed stars, skulls, and variations on the World Eaters Legion icon. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Warhammer 40000 Space Marines Primaris Inceptors 2020

34.00 $

The swiftest of the Primaris battle-brothers, Inceptors fill the role of spearhead troops. They hit the enemy in one sudden and overwhelming blow, leaving them reeling as follow-up waves of Space Marines drive home the attack. Equipped with jump packs and reinforced armour, Inceptors can be dropped from the very edge of a planet’s atmospheric envelope, weaving and twisting through the skies before slamming down into the enemy’s midst.

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a set of 3 Primaris Inceptors. Clad in Mk X power armour featuring a bulky jump pack – thrust-vectoring rocket engines mounted on the Space Marine’s back, enabling fast, bounding leaps to close on the foe at dizzying speed – they present a unique, easily recognisable silhouette. The jump pack itself and the blast shield cowl that protects the Inceptors’ heads from the immense heat of the pack’s rockets dominate the miniature, with posable fins, shock-absorbing devices attached to the boots and extra cabling and vents unique to this kit. The Inceptors can be armed with either 2 plasma exterminators each or 2 assault bolters each – the plasma exterminators are heavily shielded to provide protection against heat discharge and the assault bolters feature distinctive box magazines.

5 helmets are included, designed to be used with the blast shield cowl – no bare heads here, obviously! 3 blast shield helms are included and 4 purity seals – this includes 1 double seal used to distinguish the Sergeant.

The Primaris Inceptors come as 117 components, and are supplied with 3 Citadel 40mm Round bases, 3 45mm flying stems and an Ultramarines Infantry Transfer Sheet.

Warhammer 40000 Datasheet Cards Tyranids English 2023

21.00 $

The Tyranids are an all-consuming alien swarm from beyond the known galaxy. Driven by the vast and ineffable intellect of the Hive Mind, their tendrils drive into fresh systems with every passing hour. These single-minded metapredators cannot be reasoned with, bought off, or put to flight. They seek only to strip each new world they encounter, devouring every shred of biomass to feed the relentless advance of the hive fleets and leaving dead, airless husks in their wake.

Instead, their weapons and wargear are symbiotic or parasitic organisms, bonded with their wielders and capable of annihilating prey with hails of bio-acid, living projectiles, and ravaging psionic energies. From seething masses of warrior organisms to malevolent leader-beasts and walking battle-tank-sized monsters, the Tyranid swarms are as nightmarish as they are unstoppable.
