This 1/72-scale model kit from Hasegawa reproduces the F-35 Lighting II (B type) aircraft that conducted takeoff and landing tests on the flight deck of the Kaga, which has been converted into an aircraft carrier! New decals are provided for the U.S. Navy Air Test and Evaluation Squadron aircraft 68 and 69 from October and November 2024.

Italeri 2519S 1/32 Macchi MC.205 Veltro
The Macchi M.C. 205 Veltro is considered the best Italian fighter of World War II. The evolution of the "Folgore" retained the excellent aeronautical design of its predecessor and was equipped, like other fighters of the "Series 5", with the German Daimler-Benz DB605 engine. The powerful V12 engine, also produced under license by Fiat, allowed the Veltro to reach a maximum speed of 640 km/h. Fast, maneuverable, and well-armed, with 2 × 12.7 mm machine guns in the nose and 2 × 20 mm cannons in the wings, it was capable of fighting on par with the best Allied fighters of the period, such as the American P-51 Mustang. It entered service with the Regia Aeronautica in the early months of 1943. After the armistice of September 8, it was used, until the end of the conflict, by both the flight units of the Italian Social Republic and those of the Co-Belligerent Air Force.
The kit will release the highest level of realism: new moulds made with the most advanced design and production standards, great attention to detail and the introduction of innovative solutions such as the cockpit with 3D decals. We are proud to share the first pictures herebelow.

The Douglas A-1 Skyraider was designed as the new generation torpedo/bomber.Following the plan were changed for the end of the war, the Navy apply the Skyraider as a new attacker for the outstanding performance in the strike missions.The AD-4 is the largest production model of the family of the Skyradiers. A new 2700 horse power R-3350-26WA engine were installed, and the windshield was strengthen to protect the pilot from the bullets.A series of new equipments such as two extra guns, a P-1 autopilot, new arresting hook were also applied.
The AD-4 were renamed as A-1D with the new nomenclature of the US Navy in 1962.
