Bandai celebrates the 20th anniversary of their issue of the original Gundam kits with a re-tooling of one of the best-selling Gundam kits of all-time, the 1/144 Char Zaku. The price is the same as the original, too, at just 300 yen. Note, however, that although this is a snap-assembly kit, it is NOT molded in color (all red plastic) and does not contain poly-caps (though it is reasonably posable). The tooling, however, is as sharp and detailed as we have come to expect from Bandai recently. What more do you want for 300 yen?

This is a posable, injection-plastic kit of a character or mobile suit from the Gundam universe.

Gundam models, or gunpla, are assembly model kits depicting the vehicles and characters of the fictional anime Gundam universe by Bandai. Gunpla is very popular due to the high-quality of engineering, the flexible articulation of the finished models, the pre-coloured plastic parts, and the ease of construction. No glue is necessary to construct, though specialised plastic cutters or hobby knives are recommended to remove the parts of the sprue. Stickers and decals for markings are usually supplied, as well as a universal instruction sheets.
