With the speed controller for your Carrera EVOLUTION racetrack, you have the key to victory in your hand. The controller scores big at first glance thanks to its modern, ergonomic design and sits perfectly in the hand. You can use the button to accelerate easily and leave all your opponents behind at top speed. If you press the slider button more slowly, the speed of your slot car will be reduced accordingly. So you can master chicanes and other challenges with a lot of sensitivity and prove your ability. The controller is wired and is suitable for the Carrera EVOLUTION race track.

The speed controller in classic black look with red buttons positively invites every driver to burn some rubber. As usual, you'll find the accelerator button on top. With precision accuracy and a healthy dose of instinct, you’ll master every corner at the right speed. Another button is positioned to the front. This is the high-speed turbo button that takes you past your opponent when on the long straight. Its ergonomic design and precise controls allow fast lap times, so you are well prepared for long-distance races. The speed controller can be used in conjunction with the connecting tracks (20061666 or 20061662).

The Driver Display informs the driver about the tank filling level, the number of refuellings and the present race position. Each Driver Display may be set to an according vehicle address 1 to 6 via a control button.

The Display comes with an Adapter Unit by means of which the Display is integrated into the racetrack. The Adapter Unit is equivalent to the length of a standard straight and thus can be positioned at any place within the track layout.

Only be used with the Control Unit 30352.

Displaying the tank filling level and the number of refuellings is only possible in combination with Pit Lane 30356 or Pit Stop Lane 30346 and the Pit Stop Adapter Unit 30361.

The new and innovative Carrera Wireless 2.0 system revolutionizes the racetrack experience with a range of exciting benefits for slot car racing enthusiasts. Wireless technology eliminates the problem of tangled cables, so Carrera drivers enjoy a more convenient and realistic driving experience. The Wireless 2.0 system’s 2.4-GHz radio technology guarantees interruption-free action at ranges of up to 15 meters, as well as a stable connection for unrestricted freedom of movement around the racetrack.

The Wireless 2.0 system replaces the previous version wireless contoller's sensitive lithium batteries with standard (or rechargeable) AAA 1.5-V batteries(sold separately). 

There’s also a particularly advantageous, cost effective upgrade option to the new Wireless 2.0 system for Carrera DIGITAL 124/132 racetracks with wired hand controllers. This means there are no obstacles to exciting race action with friends and family – and no more tangled cables!

Information on the compatibility of Carrera Wireless 2.0 with the previous 2.4-GHz Wireless+ system: Wireless 2.0 hand-held controllers can only be operated with a Wireless 2.0 receiver. The previous Wireless+ hand-held controllers only work with Wireless+ receivers. Nevertheless, parallel operation is possible if both a Wireless 2.0 receiver 20010122 and a Wireless+ receiver 20010112 are connected to the Carrera Digital Control Unit. However, the addresses of the vehicles must not be assigned twice.
