Woodland Scenics, along with its PineCar and Scene-A-Rama divisions, manufactures model scenery, gravity-driven pinewood racecars and educational arts and crafts. Founded in 1975, Woodland Scenics is considered the prime innovator-inventor of realistic model railroad scenery and the industry leader responsible for setting the current industry standards.

On the inside of a 45 degree curve with a radius of 317 mm, the N-CPR317/280-45(F) branches to the right, while the N-CPL317/280-45(F) branches to the left, at a radius of 280 mm and 45 degrees. It is a fully selective type and can also be used as a spring point.

• A single crossover track with a double track spacing of 37 mm in a 90 degree curve section can be achieved by combining one N-CPR317/280-45(F) and one N-CPL317/280-45(F)
• Gaps can be achieved by replacing the track with an insulated joiner (sold separately)

The special Hornby coupling unit allows rolling stock to be connected together, or separated, without having to be touched by hand. If fitted at the beginning of each siding, realistic shunting and sorting operations can be carried out. The shaped base track is designed to guide the wheels into position when you are placing an item of rolling stock on the track ('railing' it).When any two items of rolling stock come together anywhere, other than over an uncoupling ramp, their couplings automatically lock together and when the train is pulled away. Even travelling over uncoupling ramps, the couplings remain connected. When a train is pushed over an uncoupling ramp so that two connected couplings are stopped directly over the ramp, the couplings will automatically disengage and the locomotive can be driven away, leaving behind the uncoupled part of the train.

This set can be combined with the basic set of canted rails to create a single-track layout with a passing station.

Features

If you wish to mix wheel standards on your 00/H0 layout, this is the trackage to choose. Code 100 rail allows flange depths up to 1.6mm which means that both vintage and current stock will run happily together.

The wide range of turnouts and crossings in this series includes every type, and the geometry of this range has been cleverly designed to make it easy to build convenient, complex and aesthetically pleasing formations. PECO Streamline N Gauge Code 55 - Universal Fine trackage system

Despite a low visible rail height of just 1.4mm, all brands of N Gauge model locomotives will run on this track.

The ingenious rail section of PECO 55 combines strength and durability with a highly realistic appearance and uses the same universal rail joiners as Code 80; the geometry of this range has been cleverly designed to make it easy to build convenient, complex and aesthetically pleasing formations.
