• Following the design of the island platform (urban type), can be used side by side
• A covered platform can be placed in the center of the platform, just like the island platform (urban type)

Island platform (urban type) function

• Used by placing it between the tracks of a 55.5mm double-track rail section (700mm required)
• When lining up with an island platform set (urban type) or an opposing platform set (urban type), the platforms of this product can be connected with the included joints in the following order: end platform + 140mm platform + middle platform + 140mm platform + end platform, with the middle platform in the center of the platform
• End walls can be installed at the ends of the platforms to prevent workers from falling when used on an elevated platform
• Lighting is built in, and the track number signs, station name signs, vending machines, waiting room, elevators and outdoor lights are lit (track number signs are installed by the user)
• Platform joints, platform end stairs, escalators, etc. are already installed

Common functions for platforms (urban type) with lighting

• Braille blocks and anti-slip material to prevent falls onto the tracks are printed on the top surface of the platform
• The platform height has been raised by 1.5 mm from the platform (modern type) to match the bottom edge of the vehicle door with the platform height, creating a barrier-free platform with fewer steps for boarding and alighting.
  　*By increasing the platform height, the included height-increasing parts can be used in combination with the <4033> Over-the-bridge station building (modern type), <4040> New over-the-bridge station building, and platform (suburban type)
• End stairs, end fences, and emergency stop alarms can be installed at the ends of the platform
• Various safety and security devices for railways can be installed
