BIG BORE NYLON SHOCKS

Four huge XL-size Big Bore shocks give all the suspension action you need to get out and blast through the roughest of tracks or off-road terrain. With slick nylon bodies they are lightweight and strong, with almost no friction 'stiction' between the shock piston and shock body. The extra-large capacity gives you extra control and damping action so you have the driving feel that makes off-road driving so much fun!

HD SPRING-LOADED SERVO SAVER

Continuing the Savage's reinforcements, we're using even more HD upgrades in the standard spec! This heavy-duty servo saver spring provides more direct steering for all the new Savage X Nitro and Flux models, allowing today's stronger steering servos to give the Savage faster and more immediate steering response.

These twin vented disk brakes are made from heat-resistant fiber material delivering shorter brake distances, reduced brake fade from heat build-up and overall better performance on the track!

17MM HEX HUBS

For the new generation of Savages we've introduced Standardized 17mm Aluminum Hex Hubs. This means your Savage truck is ready to use any of the gigantic range of 1/8th scale buggy and truggy wheels and tires available from HPI. A large, black, serrated 17mm nut holds the wheel securely to the hub for worry-free bashing duties.

PERFORMANCE AIR FILTER

Providing the engine with its vital air supply along with protection against dust and dirt. The design features two different foams for two-level protection. While the large air intake is right in the middle of the foam cylinder with two solid nylon plates at the top and bottom preventing damage inside the engine. The large dimensions of the filter element and air intake give optimal, constant air supply and maximum performance

TWO SPEED TRANSMISSION

The Savage X 4.6 GT-6 features the Savage 2-speed transmission to get the most out of the 4.6 Big Block engine. This gives you the best acceleration and top speed possible, getting all the power efficiently to the ground for maximum fun and enjoyment! The transmission is fully adjustable, too, so you can choose how early or late you shift into higher gear!

NEW 0.9MM CLUTCH SPRINGS

For the latest generation of the Nitro Savage X, HPI designers have specified that to exentuate the 4.6 Big Block power experience, the addition of 0.9mm Clutch Springs, bringing engagement at higher RPM for boosted torque, increased acceleration and reduced clutch wear

NITRO STAR F4.6 V2 ENGINE

The massive F4.6 Big Block engine is designed for one thing and one thing only - huge amounts of horsepower! Nearly 3hp, in fact! Enough horsepower to get the Savage X 4.6 to speeds over 45mph (73kph)! And Big Block TORQUE is always on tap, just pull the throttle for instant thrills.

The F4.6 V2 features a new heatsink design with larger heatsink fins for improved cooling. The pullstart utilises a one-way bearing encased in a large 14mm hex for increased durability.

JUMPSHOT V2 - PACKED WITH FEATURES!

The Jumpshot V2 line-up is loaded with features that will keep you driving for hours! In the middle of the Savage-style TVP chassis, the radio box is protected from the elements, and the steering features not just a sturdy direct-link steering system but also a water-resistant steering servo for extreme protection. A powerful rear-wheel 2WD drivetrain lets you kick out the rear end for extreme fun, on-road or off! The new 12-turn, 550-size motor with its waterproof, LiPo-ready speed controller and optimized gear ratio gives you great acceleration and top speed, and the new extra-durable gears are much stronger than the original design. A newly designed servo saver and stronger upper suspension links also make the front end and steering extra-rugged for driving over the rough stuff!

Like all HPI cars and trucks, a complete set of ball bearings lets you get the most out of every battery pack without losing any power from the brushed motor fitted at the back of the chassis. This means you can blast through any type of terrain you want, whether it's grass, mud, asphalt, gravel or anything else!

EASY TO DRIVE!

The Jumpshot SC V2 is super-easy to drive and get familiar with all you have to do is plug in the battery of your choice, then switch on the radio and car. It's that easy! To drive the truck, simply pick up the controller with your left hand, put your left index finger into the trigger area, and then put your right hand on the steering wheel it's as natural as driving a real car! Turn the wheel to go left and right, and gently pull on the trigger with your left index finger to go forwards. To stop the Jumpshot SC V2, gently push away from you with your left index finger - to go into reverse, release and push away a second time. It takes just moments to get used to this easy operation, and in no time at all you'll be ripping off jaw-dropping, big-air jumps and stunts! 

FULL ADJUSTABILITY AND TUNING POTENTIAL!

The Jumpshot SC V2 drives and performs fantastic right out of the box, however if you want to, it's easy and quick to adjust plenty of settings, exactly like a real monster truck! Adjustments such as ride height, shock angle and more are merely a turn away with your fingers or a wrench if you want to dive under the hood HPI make it easy to be your own monster truck mechanic AND driver! More complex adjustments such as camber settings can be done with option parts you can get from your RC hobby shop.

BIG ALL-TERRAIN TIRES FOR NON-STOP ACTION!

Huge all-terrain tires are one of the things that makes real monster trucks stand head and shoulders above everything else around them, and the Jumpshot SC V2 does not disappoint! Tackle terrain anywhere with tall, real rubber tires with huge lugs that can handle dirt, grass and loads more! You can hit the wet stuff, too: the extra-wide tires let you roll over mud, snow as well as over jumps and any obstacles that may get in your way! The tires are wrapped around extra-cool looking chrome wheels that look great whether the Jumpshot SC V2 is sitting on your shelf or kick up mud and rocks as it's flying across a stream.

BUILT FOR EXTREME FUN

The Jumpshot SC V2 is built just like the legendary and award-winning Savage, with a TVP (Twin Vertical Plate) lightweight aluminum chassis that runs from the front to the rear. Sandwiched between the chassis plates are the battery and electronics boxes, plus the steering module and transmission with the suspension mounts. This makes the Jumpshot SC V2 extra-strong and super durable so you can have fun for hours and hours!

TOUGH GEAR DIFF

A strong gear differential helps transfer the power from the rear-mounted motor to the rear wheels, its 4-gear construction allowing you to put the power down for some serious speed and loads of fun as you hit the jumps! The new and improved diff gear allows the power from the bigger and more powerful 12-turn, 500-size motor to get to the tires and kick up the dirt!

PROTECTED ELECTRONICS

Thanks to a series of extra-durable features, you're able to drive the Jumpshot SC V2 in conditions ranging from dry and dusty to wet and muddy! The electronic speed controller is fully waterproof and the steering servo is water-resistant - both are also protected by their position in the chassis itself, so there's very little that can affect them. The receiver is also completely waterproof, as well as enclosed within a protective box, just like the battery on the bottom of the chassis.

The Jumpshot SC V2 features a hinged battery door underneath the chassis so you don't need to take the body off to change battery packs. Driving with your friends has never been so easy! The battery door is secured with a metal clip and the full-length ribbing allows it to function as a chassis skidplate. The Jumpshot SC V2 easily fits all popular battery sizes, from 6- and 7-cell flat style NiMH packs and even 2S LiPo packs!
